Accounts Payable and Receivable Management Monitor incoming and outgoing payments. Reconcile supplier and customer accounts. Internal Controls and Auditing Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets. Assist in internal and external audits. Bank Reconciliation Reconcile bank statements with company records regularly. Identify and resolve discrepancies. Compliance and Regulatory Filing Ensure compliance with corporate laws and financial regulations. Handle filings with ROC, MCA, or other statutory bodies as applicable. Financial Analysis and Reporting Analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making. Generate periodic reports for management review.
