Role Description 🏭 Production Manager (Entry-Level) 📍 Location: Trivandrum | 🕒 Full-Time Company: Viplavam Food Labs --- 🔹 About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Production Manager to join our growing team at Viplavam Food Labs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting & Bookkeeping Record day-to-day financial transactions in the ERP system. Maintain general ledgers and reconcile accounts daily. Track all expenses, income, and petty cash (where applicable). 2. Payments & Invoicing Prepare invoices and ensure timely follow-ups on receivables. Assist in processing payments to vendors, including verifying bills against POs. Maintain payment records and vendor communication logs. 3. ERP & Documentation Ensure all entries (sales, purchases, reimbursements) are timely and accurately recorded in the ERP. Maintain documentation for all financial operations in compliance with audit requirements. Highlight any ERP entry delays or mismatches. Timings: 4PM - 2AM Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily Operations Open and close the stall as per schedule. Take orders via Odoo POS. Hand over cash at the end of the day as per company procedure. 2. Stock Handling Keep track of daily stock checklist. Assist in receiving and storing stock deliveries. Report any spoiled or damaged stock to the Operations Executive. 3. Customer Service Greet customers and serve politely. Handle small complaints; pass major issues to the Operations Executive. Inform customers about offers or promotions.
