Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant / Financial Expert to lead and execute financial management responsibilities across multiple areas. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, supporting strategic business decisions, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, leadership capabilities, and the ability to mentor junior team members while collaborating cross-functionally with operations, legal, and executive teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and review financial reports, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support strategic initiatives and business operations.
• Present financial findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining data integrity.
• Manage multiple deadlines and reporting cycles in a fast-paced environment with a high level of independence.
• Mentor and guide junior finance staff, providing training and support in accounting best practices.
• Stay current with changes in financial regulations, tax laws, accounting standards, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresher or 1+ years of professional experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Tally) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large sets of data accurately.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
