Job Description

📌 Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and internal audits. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Indian taxation, Tally/Zoho Books, and IT company billing structures. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Maintain and reconcile day-to-day accounts in Tally or Zoho Books Prepare invoices, track receivables/payables, and follow up on payments Handle GST, TDS, and PF/ESIC filings and ensure timely compliance Generate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports Support in internal and external audits Process salaries, reimbursements, and employee-related expenses Manage vendor payments and bank reconciliations Assist in budgeting and forecasting Maintain documentation for tax and audit purposes 📚 RequirementsB.Com/M.Com or equivalent degree in Finance/Accounting Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting (preferably in an IT company) Proficient in Tally, Zoho Books, Excel, and basic MS Office tools Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory regulations Strong analytical and organizational skills Good communication and time management skills ✅ Preferred Skills Experience with payroll processing Familiarity with MCA/ROC compliance Basic understanding of financial analysis/reporting tools
