Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our IT solutions and services. The IT Sales Executive will work closely with clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions. Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Sales Process: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of IT solutions. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Provide feedback and insights to help shape product development and marketing strategies. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM system. Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Manager or Director of Sales. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in IT sales or technology sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of IT solutions, services, and industry trends. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Attributes: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
