Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our hospital team in Jaipur. The primary focus of this role is to identify and acquire new patients by building relationships with doctors, clinics, and referral partners. This is a field-based position requiring regular visits and outreach in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively search for and generate new patient leads through direct marketing, field visits, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare providers to drive patient referrals.
• Promote hospital services and specialties to target audiences within the healthcare ecosystem.
• Conduct regular field visits to increase visibility and awareness of the hospitals offerings.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of outreach activities, lead generation, and patient conversion.
• Achieve assigned targets related to patient acquisition and service promotion.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth patient onboarding process.
• Stay informed about competitors’ offerings and industry trends to adapt strategies effectively.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in hospitals, healthcare services, or pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets under deadlines.
• Familiarity with the local Jaipur healthcare market is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Business preferred).
