Job Description – Business Development Intern (Field Sales) Location: Bangalore (JP Nagar, BTM, Jayanagar, or Koramangala) Type: Internship (Performance based) Duration: Minimum 4 weeks Field: B2B Sales, Startup, Beauty-Tech About the Role: As a Business Development Intern at Lumeth , you will be responsible for onboarding salons and beauty service providers to our platform. This is a field-based B2B sales internship , where you’ll choose your preferred work location (JP Nagar, BTM, Jayanagar, or Koramangala) and engage directly with business owners to expand Lumeth’s salon partner network. You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, communication, and startup growth strategy while working closely with the core team. Responsibilities: Visit salons in your assigned or preferred location. Pitch Lumeth’s offerings and onboard partners to the platform. Maintain records of outreach, follow-ups, and conversions. Share partner feedback with the core strategy team. Collaborate with marketing for proper partner visibility. What We’re Looking For: Bangalore-based students or recent graduates. Strong communication in English and one South Indian language. Passion for sales, fieldwork, and startups. Willingness to travel locally. Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in B2B interactions. What You’ll Gain: Real-world B2B field sales experience.
