Job Description – Business Development Intern (Field Sales)

Location: Bangalore (JP Nagar, BTM, Jayanagar, or Koramangala)

About the Role:
As a Business Development Intern at Lumeth, you will be responsible for onboarding salons and beauty service providers to our platform. This is a field-based B2B sales internship, where you’ll choose your preferred work location (JP Nagar, BTM, Jayanagar, or Koramangala) and engage directly with business owners to expand Lumeth’s salon partner network. You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, communication, and startup growth strategy while working closely with the core team.

Responsibilities:

• Visit salons in your assigned or preferred location.
• Pitch Lumeth’s offerings and onboard partners to the platform.
• Maintain records of outreach, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Share partner feedback with the core strategy team.
• Collaborate with marketing for proper partner visibility.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bangalore-based students or recent graduates.
• Strong communication in English and one South Indian language.
• Passion for sales, fieldwork, and startups.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in B2B interactions.
