Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.  Tax Compliance & Filings: Manage and ensure compliance with tax regulations such as GST and TDS, prepare necessary documents for tax filings, and submit tax returns and other statutory filings.  Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and financial information.  Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.  Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and identify opportunities for financial improvement.  Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.  Process Improvement: Contribute to the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.  Regulatory Adherence: Ensure the company adheres to all relevant financial regulations and company policies.  Required Skills & Qualifications Accounting Proficiency: Strong bookkeeping and accounting skills.  Tax Expertise: Thorough understanding of current tax laws, rules, and regulations.  Analytical Skills: Keen analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data.  Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and filings.  Communication: Effective communication skills for interacting with internal teams, management, and external stakeholders.  Software Proficiency: Proficiency in financial software and accounting tools.  Adaptability: Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and adhere to tight deadlines.
