Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP system. Record and reconcile sales, purchase, bank, and cash transactions. Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports. Generate invoices, credit notes, and payment receipts. Manage vendor payments, outstanding reports, and follow-ups. Assist in monthly closing, profit & loss, and balance sheet finalization. Maintain proper documentation of accounts and financial records. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions. Support management in budgeting, MIS reporting, and cost control. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, GST, TDS, and Taxation. Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and MS Office. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Good communication and basic English skills.
