Key Responsibilities Attend walk-in customers and explain products, designs, and services offered. Actively promote and sell home interior products and solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Support marketing initiatives and help increase brand visibility. Handle inquiries, provide quotations, and assist customers with purchase decisions. Maintain sales records and daily reports. Achieve monthly sales targets set by management. Coordinate with back-office and accounts teams for billing, delivery, and after-sales support. Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills. Good persuasion and communication ability (basic Hindi is sufficient). Confidence to deal with walk-in customers and generate sales. Basic knowledge of retail sales or customer service preferred (training provided for freshers). Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve targets.
