Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Accounts & FinanceManage day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, and reconciliations. Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and expense records. Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups. Monitor accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely collections and payments. Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports for management. Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and finance teams for compliance. Operations & CoordinationCoordinate with corporates, insurance companies, and B2B partners for medical checkups, billing, and reporting. Assist in scheduling client appointments, medical tests, and follow-ups. Liaise with clinics, diagnostic centers, and overseas partners for service delivery. Maintain proper documentation of agreements, invoices, and client records. Support vendor management and procurement-related activities. Handle operational escalations and resolve client issues promptly. Administrative SupportMaintain MIS reports and share regular updates with management. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards. Provide support in business operations, process improvements, and client satisfaction. Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of accounting principles & Tally/ERP software. Good communication & coordination skills. Ability to multitask between accounts and operations. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence. Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Business Administration (B.Com, BBA, M.Com preferred). 1–3 years of experience in accounts and/or operations (healthcare or service industry preferred).
