Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Sample Processing & Lab Operations Receive and accurately label patient specimens (blood, urine, swabs, etc.). Perform primary sample processing, centrifugation, aliquoting, and barcoding. Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of samples to respective departments or referral labs. Follow lab SOPs and maintain hygiene and safety standards. 2. Corporate Client Handling Coordinate with corporate HR/health coordinators for employee health check-up programs. Ensure timely collection, processing, and reporting of samples for corporate clients. Address client concerns related to reports, delays, or specific test requirements. Represent the brand professionally during in-house or on-site drives. 3. Documentation & MIS Reporting Maintain daily sample logs and test records digitally and physically. Generate and share MIS reports for corporate clients and internal use. Track and report sample volume, TAT (Turnaround Time), and quality indicators. Ensure data accuracy in all reports shared with clients and internal stakeholders. 4. Coordination & Administration Work closely with phlebotomy and courier teams for timely pickups and delivery. Liaise with billing and insurance departments for processing corporate invoices. Maintain records of consumables and inform stock levels to inventory manager. Key Skills & Qualifications:DMLT / BSc MLT or equivalent certification (Mandatory) 1–3 years of experience in a diagnostic lab or hospital setting Strong knowledge of sample processing protocols and lab hygiene Good communication and coordination skills (English, Hindi) Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for MIS preparation Ability to multitask and manage corporate clients professionally Work Environment:Primarily in-house work in a lab setup with occasional on-site visits to corporate offices for health check-up drives. Must be willing to work flexible shifts, especially during peak corporate drives. Key Responsibilities:1.
