Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive with 5+ years of experience to strengthen our finance team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in bookkeeping, reconciliation, invoicing, and tax-related accounting entries using Tally.ERP9/Prime, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: *Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including daily transactions, fixed assets, current assets, and revenue. *Transaction Processing: Manage day-to-day accounting entries for sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. *Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. *Billing & Invoicing: Handle invoice generation, billing processes, and payment follow-ups. *Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports, including sales, expense, and MIS reports. *Software Proficiency: Use accounting software (Tally ERP 9/Prime) for bookkeeping and financial management. *Tax Compliance: Handle GST, TDS entries, and assist in statutory compliance & returns. *Financial Support: Assist senior accountants in preparing financial statements and conducting analysis. *Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee accounts payable & receivable with proper tracking and timely closures.
