About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager / Senior Account Manager with a strong background in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end accounting operations, GST compliance, costing, audits, and financial reporting within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Financial Management

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations as per statutory guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain Books of Accounts (General Ledger, Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet).
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliation, and customer outstanding tracking.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.

2. Taxation & Compliance

• Manage GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation).
• Handle income tax working and coordination with consultants.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.

3. Manufacturing-Specific Responsibilities

• Cost sheet preparation and product costing analysis.
• Inventory accounting, stock audit coordination, and valuation.
• Manage consumption reports, production reports, and variance analysis.
• Coordination with the production, purchase, and stores departments for accurate data.

4. Audit & Reporting

• Prepare financial statements and MIS reports for management review.
• Assist in internal and statutory audits and ensure timely closure.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights on cost-saving opportunities.

5. Team & Coordination

• Lead and guide the accounts team (for Senior Account Manager).
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, auditors, and internal departments.
• Ensure timely processing of payments, salary disbursements, and vendor settlements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter OR equivalent.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / SAP / any ERP system.
• Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Good analytical, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month CTC
