Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager / Senior Accountant to oversee the company’s financial operations, manage accounting records, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and provide accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting within the manufacturing sector, including costing, GST, TDS, and financial statement preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations.

· Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

· Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal vouchers.

· Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.

· Ensure timely bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations.

· Coordinate with the production team for material costing and consumption reports.

· Maintain accurate inventory valuation as per accounting standards.

· Manage all GST, TDS, and income tax-related activities.

· Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory reports.

· Liaise with auditors, consultants, and government authorities for compliance and audits.

· Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.

· Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and management analysis reports.

· Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

· Supervise and guide the accounting team.

· Review team performance and ensure adherence to company policies and timelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or higher; CA / Inter CA / M.Com preferred.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company.

· Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / SAP / other accounting software.

· Sound understanding of GST, TDS, Costing, and Financial Reporting.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month CTC
