We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, managing invoicing and payments, and supporting audit processes. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities: -

· Maintain and review books of accounts; file bills, challans, and financial documents.

· Manage and reconcile petty cash transactions.

· Handle Day to Day Company & Trust Accounts.

· Handle sales and purchase invoice entries in Tally ERP and generate E-Way Bills.

· Coordinate with stock manager for inventory updates and stock management in Tally.

· Prepare weekly outstanding statements for vendors and customers; follow up on receivables.

· Support internal and external auditors with required documentation.

· Calculate monthly salaries and prepare payroll statements in coordination with PF/ESIC consultants.

· Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns (GST 3B), TDS, and other statutory compliances.

· Oversee and support junior accounts team and office support staff.

· Coordinate documentation for banking and financial compliance.

· Prepare financial reports and ensure all accounting tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

· Handle month-end/year-end closures and ensure accurate reporting.

· Oversee tax filings including TDS, income tax, etc.

· Support budgeting and forecasting with variance analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting (at least 3 years in a senior role).
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing sector.
