Account Manager/Senior Account Manager - IT Staffing Firm - APAC Region

Job Title: Account Manager /Sr Account Manager APAC (Australia Staffing Business).
Location: Noida (Preference for candidates with strong exposure to the Australian market).
Experience Required: 610 years (with at least 34 years in an Account Manager role).
Industry: IT Staffing & Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client relationships across the APAC region, with a strong focus on Australia(ANZ).- Develop account strategies to expand business with existing clients and explore new opportunities.- Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of staffing solutions.- Conduct client mining to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.- Work with global clients and ensure smooth communication across time zones.- Understand client requirements and align business strategies to meet demands.- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, driving performance and delivery excellence.- Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive account management.

Requirements

- 6-10 years of total experience in IT staffing & recruitment.

- Minimum of 2-3 years as an Account Manager handling clients independently.- Strong exposure to the APAC market, with proven experience in the Australia staffing business.- Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and working with global companies.- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work flexibly based on client and business demands.- Proven track record in client mining and business development within existing accounts.

Location & Timings
