Job Title: Account Manager /Sr Account Manager APAC (Australia Staffing Business). Location: Noida (Preference for candidates with strong exposure to the Australian market). Experience Required: 610 years (with at least 34 years in an Account Manager role). Industry: IT Staffing & Recruitment. Key Responsibilities - Manage and grow client relationships across the APAC region, with a strong focus on Australia(ANZ). - Develop account strategies to expand business with existing clients and explore new opportunities. - Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of staffing solutions. - Conduct client mining to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. - Work with global clients and ensure smooth communication across time zones. - Understand client requirements and align business strategies to meet demands. - Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, driving performance and delivery excellence. - Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive account management. Requirements - 6-10 years of total experience in IT staffing & recruitment. - Minimum of 2-3 years as an Account Manager handling clients independently. - Strong exposure to the APAC market, with proven experience in the Australia staffing business. - Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and working with global companies. - Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work flexibly based on client and business demands. - Proven track record in client mining and business development within existing accounts.
