Account Manager

Job Description

Were looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow our client portfolio. Youll be the go-to person for clients\u2014owning relationships, driving retention, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. This role requires strong communication skills and a knack for organising. Youll drive customer success, manage key accounts, and help maintain relationships our B2B customer base across multiple sectors such as SaaS, finance, technology, lifestyle, and more. What youll do: Own a portfolio of India clients (~\u20b91.5 Cr ARR). Manage handovers from US client acquisition. Understand and follow Wittypens internal workflows and processes. Drive client retention, engagement, and account growth. Ensure timely and accurate reporting and communications with clients. Maintain and update CRM records regularly and meticulously. Coordinate internally to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. Requirements What we look for: 1-3 years of experience in B2B Account Management or Client Servicing in marketing agencies/SaaS businesses. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Proactive, organized, and customer-first mindset. Comfortable using CRM and project management tools. Candidates based in Pune preferred. Note: This is an in-office role in Pune, India.
