Job Description Location: Pune (Flexibility to work remotely; Pune based candidates preferred) Experience: 1–3 years Type: Full-time | Night Shift (6 PM - 2 AM IST) About The Role We’re hiring a US Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate qualified leads for our US Marketplace sales. If you’ve previously worked with US clients and thrive in outbound roles, this is your chance to make an impact with a high-growth, fast-paced content marketing team. This is a role based in Pune with flexible remote working options and work hours aligned to US time zones (EST/PST). What You’ll Do Execute outbound sales efforts using our proven US sales playbook—calls, emails, and LinkedIn sequences. Research and identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) within the US market. Personalize outreach and build effective prospecting cadences. Schedule discovery meetings with US-based decision-makers and qualify their needs. Keep CRM systems updated with accurate activity logs and pipeline data. Consistently meet or exceed monthly qualified meeting targets. Provide insights from prospect conversations to improve outreach strategies. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in BDR/SDR roles, selling to the US market. Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal). Familiarity with US business culture, tone, and etiquette. Highly resilient, target-driven, and comfortable with high-volume outreach. Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools. Based in Pune, with the ability to work night shifts aligned with US hours. Benefits 5-day work week.
