Job Details Location: Pune, India Experience: Minimum 6 months of internship/full-time experience in B2B sales/account management required Type: Full-time We’re looking for a sales account executive to manage and grow our client portfolio. You'll be the go-to person for clients, owning relationships, driving retention, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. This role requires strong communication skills and a knack for organising. You'll drive customer success, manage key accounts, and help maintain relationships for our B2B customer base across multiple sectors such as SaaS, finance, technology, lifestyle, and more. Key Responsibilities Own a portfolio of India clients (~₹1.5 Cr ARR). Manage handovers from US client acquisition. Understand and follow Wittypen's internal workflows and processes. Drive client retention, engagement, and account growth. Ensure timely and accurate reporting and communications with clients. Maintain and update CRM records regularly and meticulously.
