Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in bookkeeping, taxation, balance sheet preparation, and auditing. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end accounts function, ensure statutory compliance, and provide accurate financial reporting to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with taxation laws (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.) and file timely returns.
• Handle statutory, internal, and tax audits with auditors and ensure smooth closure.
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and banking transactions.
• Develop internal controls, policies, and procedures to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reports.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, consultants, and external agencies as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of proven accounting and finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, taxation, auditing, and balance sheet finalization.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a small accounts team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
