Job Title: Account Executive – Factory

Reports To: Accounts Manager / Plant Head

Job Purpose:

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations at the factory level, including bookkeeping, vendor payments, payroll support, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The role ensures accurate financial records, cost control, and smooth coordination between the factory and corporate office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions at the factory.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, vendor invoices, and employee reimbursements.
• Prepare vouchers, maintain ledgers, and reconcile bank statements.
• Assist in monthly/quarterly closing and MIS reporting to Head Office.
• Monitor raw material, inventory, and production-related financial entries.
• Support payroll preparation for factory staff and workers.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Assist the Plant Manager in cost control and budgeting.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
• Experience: 5 years of accounting experience (preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setup).
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP or other accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong MS Excel & MS Office skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience in handling factory accounts independently.
• Familiarity with costing, inventory management, and factory operations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under deadlines with integrity and accountability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,971.79 - ₹28,457.79 per month
