Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned US-based clients in the IT recruitment domain.
  
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships by providing excellent customer service and understanding their staffing requirements.
  
• Partner with clients to understand technical job requirements and deliver suitable candidates in a timely manner.
  
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure fulfillment of client requirements.
  
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and billing rates with clients.
  
• Manage end-to-end client delivery: requirement gathering, submission, interview scheduling, feedback, and onboarding.
  
• Achieve revenue, margin, and delivery targets as per business goals.
  
• Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of services.
  
• Monitor account performance and prepare regular status/revenue reports for management.
  
• Handle escalations professionally and provide effective solutions.
  

Requirements

• Experience:

  6 - 10 years of experience in US IT recruitment/staffing, with at least 6 years in a client/account management role.

• Domain Expertise:

  Strong understanding of IT technologies, US recruitment process, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and employment laws.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
  
• Proven ability to meet targets and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Flexible to work in US time zones.
