As an Account Manager at OnDot Media, you will serve as the principal point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts managing relationships end-to-end, owning delivery quality and revenue growth, and ensuring clients’ marketing/demand‑generation goals are met through OnDot’s solutions.
You will coordinate across internal teams (research, content, creatives, campaign execution) and clients to deliver tailored B2B marketing programs (ABM, content syndication, advertising, webinars, etc.) that align with client objectives and OnDot’s service offerings.
Your goal will be to build long-term client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, drive renewals, and identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell.
