Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Account Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience to lead our Food Packaging Business in North India, focusing on Dairy, Fluids, Poultry, India Foods, Produce, and Protein Sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations and business development.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the Food Packaging Business for North India, including sales operations and business development.
Initiate new business opportunities to strengthen the West India Region Food Packaging business.
Achieve sales numbers and collections while creating sustainable customer satisfaction.
Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
Conduct trials for food applications and provide technical support and problem-solving for customer performance issues.
Maintain regular service visits and reports, ensuring a positive customer perception of Sealed Air.
Understand customer packaging processes and business needs comprehensively, ensuring internal sales operations and process compliance.

Job Requirements

At least 5+ years of experience in similar functions.
Strong understanding of commercial environments and market research skills.
Ability to drive results and focus on customer satisfaction.
Integrity and trust are essential qualities for this role.
Passion for value selling in a competitive environment is highly valued.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) or an MBA is preferred.
