Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Application Development Specialist with 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in developing technical packaging solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of protective and transport packaging, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Implement, adhere to, and track the end-to-end Instapak portfolio development process.
Support Sales and Lab teams in developing technically feasible and commercially viable Instapak solutions.
Maintain and update key documents such as application templates, trackers, opportunity analyses, performance reports, and portal data.
Conduct and report customer trials to support sales team progress.
Build strong customer relationships by delivering customized, real-time packaging process solutions aligned with their requirements.
Lead refresher training sessions for the team on application-centric sales approaches for Instapak.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in developing technical packaging solutions.
Strong technical understanding of protective and transport packaging.
Experience maintaining and troubleshooting packaging machinery at customer sites.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused, result-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and process-oriented with strong ethical standards and documentation habits.
A Diploma or Degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required; a Degree/Diploma in Packaging is a plus.
