Job Description

As an Application Support & Maintenance specialist at Arcadis, your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating and communicating with domain BPOs, BPEs, KBUs, and EUs to ensure effective teamwork and coordination. - Working closely with the OIM team and being a member of the Design Authority. - Collaborating with the OEA Data, Infrastructure & Integrations team and OOO Technical solution managers to maintain technical standards in the landscape. You will also be responsible for: - Proactively assessing the technical landscape and optimizing processes and integrations. - Supporting Arcadis 3rd party vendors in proposing solutions and addressing incidents/problems. - Participating in Oracle Cloud quarterly update process and testing in collaboration with KBUs and OOO Test Manager. - Providing technical guidance during service calls and joining Oracle support sessions to influence product development. Additionally, you will be involved in: - Collaborating with Product Owners, BPOs, BPEs, and OOO C/I team to design and implement continuous improvement projects. - Owning technical solution development, documentation, and testing to ensure best design practices are followed. - Reviewing proposed configuration changes by 3rd parties and ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and quality. Your qualifications for this role should include: - 4+ years of hands-on experience with major ERP systems, specifically 3 years with Oracle Cloud. - Successful track record in designing and delivering technical solutions in a global enterprise. - Experience with Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and UI/UX design is preferred. - Knowledge of SQL, OTBI, BIP, OIC, OCI, REST APIs, middleware, security, performance, and Apex is beneficial.
