Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and pneumatic systems, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Repair and troubleshoot customer equipment breakdowns, identify potential issues, and recommend improvements.
Install packaging systems at customer sites and deliver training on system safety and capabilities.
Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and act as a trusted advisor to encourage upgrades and efficiencies.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, sell service agreements, spare parts, upgrades, and new products.
Communicate Sealed Airs suite of packaging and fulfillment solutions effectively to customers.
Manage administrative duties, including CRM entries, expense reports, forecasts, and other documentation.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Technical degree, or 5 years of technical experience in mechanical and pneumatic systems.
Strong mechanical/pneumatic and troubleshooting expertise, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and troubleshooting charts.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a customer-oriented approach and strong relationship-building abilities.
Effective collaboration in cross-functional teams, goal-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.
Self-motivated and adaptable, with packaging experience being a plus.
Ability to work overtime and possess a valid driving license with own vehicle preferred.
