Financial Responsibilities Client Account Management : Oversee client accounts, ensuring accurate invoicing, payments, and maintaining updated financial records. Budget Planning : Develop, manage, and monitor budgets to ensure profitability. Revenue Tracking : Analyze and track revenue trends, identify potential issues, and recommend solutions. Cost Management : Ensure efficient use of resources to minimize costs and maximize profitability. Reporting : Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Client Relationship Management Client Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly. Customer Retention : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Service Customization : Tailor services to meet the specific needs and goals of clients. Team Collaboration Cross-Department Coordination : Work closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams to align strategies and ensure smooth workflows. Supervision : Lead and mentor junior team members or account executives, providing guidance and support. Strategic Planning Sales and Upselling : Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services/products to existing clients. Market Analysis : Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and offerings. Goal Setting : Define and meet performance targets, such as revenue growth, client satisfaction, and retention rates. Operational Duties Contract Management : Negotiate, draft, and oversee service agreements with clients. Compliance : Ensure all financial and operational practices adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
