Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Female Accountant to join our manufacturing company located in Azadpur, Delhi.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting specifically within the manufacturing industry.

Proficiency in Tally, TDS, and GST is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting and Financial Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledger entries, journal entries, and financial statements.

TDS Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate deduction and submission of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per applicable regulations.

GST Compliance: Handle GST (Goods and Services Tax) compliance, including filing returns, reconciliations, and ensuring adherence to GST laws.

Payroll Management: Process employee salaries, deductions, and maintain payroll records.

Inventory Accounting: Monitor and record inventory transactions, ensuring accurate valuation and reconciliation.

Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.

Vendor and Customer Relations: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconciling statements and resolving discrepancies.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, statements, and budgets as required by management.

Audit Preparation: Assist in the preparation of financial documents and records for internal and external audits.

Compliance: Stay updated on changes in accounting, TDS, and GST regulations and ensure the company's compliance.
