JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SERVICE ENGINEER (MECHANICAL) We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Service Engineer, specializing in mechanical services. He will be responsible for service activities, primarily focusing on mechanical systems. This is a field-based position requiring extensive travel to client sites for service delivery. Candidate must have good geographical knowledge of Kanpur and east UP Area. Responsibilities · Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment at client sites. · Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction. · Arrangements for handling operations and on site complaints. · Updating of data concerning the certification of machines and equipment. · Co-ordination of maintenance personnel. · On the basis of data received, the proposal of the modification to preventive maintenance schedules. Requirements and skills · Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field. · Proven experience in service roles, preferably in the mechanical sector. · Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based environment. · Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed. · Ability to read manuals. · Must have two-wheeler for travelling purpose. · Valid driver's license and clean driving record. · Physical stamina and strength. · Must have android phone. · Minimum 1 year of experience in the industry is required.
