Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Manager

Location: Kanpur
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA/ICWA (Inter preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Tally ERP.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance & returns.
Prepare sales reports, outstanding reports, and other MIS reports.
Monitor accounts receivable & payable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
Coordinate with CA for balance sheet preparation and other financial documents.
Handle petty cash management and other cash-related work.
Support sales team with customer account reconciliation & collection tracking.
Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements.
Use Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, MIS, Data Analysis) for reporting.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis.
Coordinate with auditors for internal & statutory audits.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of Tally ERP.
Good understanding of GST, TDS & Taxation laws.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel & MIS Reporting.
Experience in preparing sales & outstanding reports.
Strong analytical, communication & leadership skills.
