Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and capable Accounts Manager who:
Is not too senior in age, but brings solid experience and technical competenceHas hands-on experience with accounting software and digital toolsIs confident in coordinating with banks, handling paperwork, and managing relationshipsHas prior exposure to GST filing, income tax compliance, and basic regulatory requirementsCan work closely with our auditors and CA for timely submissions and reportsIs capable of preparing and maintaining accurate books of accountsCan take ownership of salary processing, payment follow-ups, and other routine activitiesCan generate and manage reports, financial documentation, and MISIs flexible and willing to handle additional finance/admin-related tasks when requiredDemonstrates a strong sense of professional integrity and accountabilityWill be responsible for reviewing and executing all contracts, as well as visiting banks, clients, and financial partners when requiredMale candidates are preferred for this role, considering the operational requirementsIn addition, given the sensitive nature of the role, we require someone who can maintain strict confidentiality of all financial and company-related information. The selected candidate will be expected to sign a formal confidentiality agreement as part of their onboarding process. This is non-negotiable and must be clearly communicated .
