Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
· Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other regulations.
· Strong knowledge of foreign trade policies, customs regulations, FEMA, and RBI guidelines.
· Handle export & import documentation such as shipping bills, packing lists, bills of lading, invoices, and customs clearance records.
· Oversee Letter of Credit (LCs), bank guarantees, and foreign exchange transactions.
· Support management in financial planning, analysis, and risk management.
· Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decisions.
· Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections.
Requirement:
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (CA/ICWA Inter preferred but not mandatory).
· 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial management.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and statutory compliance.
· Proficiency in accounting software (Odoo/Tally/ERP/SAP/QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to learn and develop subordinates
