About Us:
Rezmytrip is a fast-growing travel company operating in both India and the UAE, offering complete travel and holiday solutions. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Accounts Head to lead our finance operations across both countries. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end accounts, managing a team, and ensuring full financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire Accounts & Finance Department for both India and UAE operations.
• Supervise daily accounting activities including billing, reconciliation, payments, payroll, and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of financial statements, MIS reports, and audits.
• Manage GST, TDS, ITR filing, and other statutory compliances.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for both regions.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to maintain financial discipline.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, vendors, and tax consultants.
• Guide and mentor the accounting team to ensure efficiency and accountability.
• Support management in financial planning, analysis, and cost optimization.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
• Pursuing or completed CA will be an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance.
• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, compliance, and financial reporting.
• Experience in handling multi-country operations (especially UAE) will be preferred.
• Proficient in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Team Leader experience for atleast more than 1 yrs.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team efficiently.

Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
