Account Head

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing Financial Operations:

Managing the month-end closing process, generating financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Developing and Implementing Policies:

Creating and maintaining accounting policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Preparing and overseeing budgets, financial projections, and cash flow forecasts.

Financial Analysis:

Analyzing financial data, identifying trends and discrepancies, and providing insights to support decision-making.

Reporting and Compliance:

Preparing and submitting financial reports to senior management and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Supervising and Mentoring Staff:

Leading and mentoring the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure their performance and professional development.

Strategic Planning:

Assisting in the development of financial strategies and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Auditing:

Overseeing the preparation for and assisting with internal and external audits.

Required Skills:

Leadership and Management: Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate the accounting team.

Financial Expertise: In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
