Financial Planning and Strategy: Developing financial strategies aligned with organizational goals. Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Accounting & Record Keeping: Ensuring accurate maintenance of financial records and statements. Supervising accounting operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Financial Reporting: Preparing timely financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities. Analyzing financial data to guide decision-making. Audit & Compliance: Coordinating with external auditors and ensuring statutory compliance. Implementing internal controls and policies to prevent fraud and errors. Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Managing cash flow, banking relationships, and investment portfolios. Ensuring liquidity for day-to-day operations. Cost Management & Optimization: Monitoring and controlling organizational costs. Identifying cost-saving opportunities. Team Leadership & Development: Leading the finance and accounts team.
