Position- Accounts Head (Hospital Finance)

Experience- Minimum 10 years in accounts, with at least 3–5 years in a healthcare/hospital

Qualification: M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)

• Oversee end-to-end financial operations of the hospital and medical college.
• Supervise accounts team – billing, receivables, payables, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Finalization of accounts, TDS, GST, income tax, audit coordination.
• Budgeting, variance analysis, cost control, and financial forecasting.
• Handle hospital billing software integrations and financial reporting.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and statutory bodies.
• Strong understanding of hospital-specific revenue and expense models (insurance, cashless, empanelment billing)

Preferred Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management.
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP, and hospital billing systems.
• Experience in setting up SOPs, process automation, and financial control systems.
