Job Description

An Accounts Executive's primary responsibility is managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring client satisfaction. They also manage financial transactions, record-keeping, and assist in preparing financial statements, while working with other departments to maintain compliance and accuracy. Key Roles and Responsibiliti · Customer Service and Support: Providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction is crucial. · Financial Management: Managing accounts payable and receivable processes, maintaining the general ledger, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. · Compliance and Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other statutory filings, and working with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. · Budgeting and Forecasting: Participating in the budgeting process and providing financial forecasting and risk analy · Sales Process Management: Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and following up on le · Data Management and Reporting: Tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and providing regular updates to management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree – B.com Prior experience of 2 to 4 years as an Account Executive or a similar sales role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong rapport with clients and colleagues. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficiency with MS Office Suite. Knowledge of ( mention the industry ) trends and market dynamics. Experience working with CRM software like Salesforce, HubSpot, to track leads, manage accounts, and generate reports. Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance metrics and make data-driven decision Effective time-management abilities in a dynamic business environment. Team player and adaptable to changing business needs. Willingness to travel across multiple locations to attend client meetings, industry events and conferences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
