Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Executive with strong expertise in Tally, GST, TDS, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end accounting functions, statutory compliance, and daily financial operations. The role requires accuracy, ownership, and the ability to work independently while supporting the finance team in maintaining smooth financial processes.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable, including vendor reconciliation.
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1 GSTR-3B, etc. ) and manage GST reconciliations.
Process TDS calculations, deductions, returns, and challan preparation.
Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
Manage bank reconciliation statements and monitor cash flow.
Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and monthly closing summaries.
Support internal and statutory audits with required documentation and schedules.
Maintain proper records of invoices, purchase orders, credit notes, and expense reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and prevailing accounting guidelines.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in accounting and finance operations.
Strong hands-on experience in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
Good understanding of GST filing, TDS compliance, and taxation requirements.
Experience in preparing MIS and monthly management reports.
Proficiency in MS Excel (lookup functions, pivot tables, reports).
Solid understanding of general ledger and bookkeeping principles.
Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies.

Good To Have

Experience in Payroll processing.
Knowledge of Accounts Finalization.
Experience working with CA firms or corporate finance teams.
