Role: Account Executive – Sales & Finance Coordination Location: Mumbai (On-site only) Type: Full-time Stipend: Up to ₹15,000/month Experience: Freshers or 1–2 years of relevant experience Note: Applications are open only to candidates currently based in Mumbai. Others please do not apply. Role Summary This role combines client-facing responsibilities with internal finance coordination. As an Account Executive, you will work closely with both sales and finance teams—managing customer relationships, supporting sales efforts, and handling billing and account reconciliation using Tally and CRM tools. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth Identify and pursue new business opportunities Conduct product and service presentations tailored to client needs Assist in contract negotiation and collaborate with technical teams Update and manage sales records using CRM tools Coordinate with the finance team for client invoicing and billing Use Tally ERP for financial entries, GST filing, and compliance tasks Support internal audits and generate account reports Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and market developments Requirements Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or finance coordination Familiarity with Tally ERP and GST compliance is required Basic understanding of IT services or the tech industry is a plus Proficient in communication, negotiation, and client presentation Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Experience using CRM tools is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, IT, or related field If you're a Mumbai-based candidate looking to launch or grow your career in a tech-driven, high-growth company, we’d love to hear from you!
