Role Description: This is a fully remote, individual contributor role. As an Account Executive at Northern Insights , you'll play a key role in driving our growth by acquiring new clients in the consulting, private equity, and corporate strategy sectors. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in B2B sales, understands relationship-driven outreach, and wants to be part of a growing expert network business. Your core responsibilities will include: Lead Generation & Outreach : Identify and target decision-makers at consulting firms, PE funds, and corporates across Europe, the UK, and India. Prospecting & Cold Outreach : Craft and execute compelling LinkedIn/email campaigns to engage prospects and book high-quality meetings. Pipeline Management : Own and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent movement from lead to opportunity to closed deal. Sales Meetings & Demos : Conduct discovery calls, communicate our value proposition effectively, and tailor pitches to client needs. Proposal & Deal Closure : Draft proposals, negotiate terms, and work closely with leadership to close new client accounts. Feedback Loop : Collaborate with the management and delivery teams to improve messaging and ensure smooth client onboarding. Market Intelligence : Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and buyer behavior to refine outreach strategies. Qualifications: - Strong experience with outbound sales, new client outreach is a MUST. - Strong level of competitiveness - motivated by incentives and wanting to win - Excellent time management and prioritization skills - Willingness to work European work hours - Must be available full-time (please note: this is not a role that can be done part-time or with other jobs, we will need your full attention and effort - there will be a lot of communication, training, support, and working together) - Candidate must have Perseverance, Hunger to Win and Never Give Up Attitude Show more Show less
