Role Description:

The Senior Executive Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting executives on time sensitive projects across all industries with a focus on Europe and US under tight deadlines using search tools such as LinkedIn, Lusha, Google etc.

Qualifications:

- Strong experience with recruiting candidates OR outbound calling OR sales experience is a MUST (we need someone that has experience going after candidates OR leads, not waiting for them to respond to a job advert/post)

- Strong level of competitiveness - motivated by incentives and wanting to win

- Excellent time management and prioritization skills

- Willingness to work European work hours

- Must be available full-time (please note: this is not a role that can be done part-time or with other jobs, we will need your full attention and effort - there will be a lot of communication, training, support, and working together)

- Candidate must have Perseverance, Hunger to Win and Never Give Up Attitude
