Job Description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Spektra Systems. We are currently looking for an Account Executive - (Multiple Product Lines) in the India.This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic sales team and take ownership of the full sales cycle across multiple innovative product lines. You'll engage with marketing-qualified leads, guide prospects through strategic conversations, and collaborate closely with Product and Pre-Sales teams to close impactful deals. If you thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly tech environment and are passionate about solution-based selling, this role will empower you to grow professionally while driving tangible business value.

Accountabilities:

Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from discovery and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure
Conduct consultative, value-driven conversations tailored to customer needs and market context
Handle inbound leads, marketing-generated opportunities, and pipeline prospects to convert them into customers
Partner with Product and Pre-Sales teams to deliver customized demos and proposals
Maintain accurate sales data and forecasting in Salesforce CRM or HubSpot
Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas consistently
Develop strong client relationships to support long-term upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Requirements

0-2 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, Cloud, or Tech services
Consistent achievement of or exceeding sales targets
Strong solution-selling capabilities with the ability to simplify technical offerings for business audiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident interacting with mid-to-senior-level stakeholders
Highly motivated, goal-driven self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced work environment
Preferred: experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP), CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot), or sales of developer/IT productivity platforms
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
