The company works with 65+ crafts and 400+ artisans to create unique products with creative designs, high quality, eco-friendly packaging, and innovative distribution.

• Account Executive

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers

• Manage accounts payable, receivable and bank reconciliations

• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts

• Assist in bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations

• Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance

• Help with monthly closing and financial reporting

• Coordinate with internal departments for billing and collections

• Maintain documentation for audits and financial reviews

• Work with advanced Excel, Tally, or accounting software

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

• Handle vendor queries & reconciliations.

• 1.5–4 years of accounting experience (preferably in manufacturing)

• Knowledge of Tally ERP / Zoho Books.

• Strong understanding of GST – Returns, TDS, and basic accounting principles

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Immediate joiners preferred
