Account Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support the finance team in all statutory and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, follow up on outstanding payments, and reconcile vendor/customer statements.
• Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash, and other routine financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filing and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Support payroll processing by providing necessary financial data.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure timely record keeping.
• Provide financial data and reports to management as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (freshers with strong knowledge may be considered).
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and basic accounting software.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in service industry or laboratory/testing sector (added advantage).
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,505.95 - ₹32,090.42 per month
