Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of marketing solutions, and driving client satisfaction and retention. This role requires excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills to align with our commitment to delivering measurable growth for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. Understand client goals, challenges, and industries to develop tailored marketing strategies, including Social Media Marketing initiatives. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, social media, paid media, branding, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of services and campaigns. Develop and oversee social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives to boost brand awareness, engagement, and ROI. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to clients. Manage client expectations and proactively address concerns or challenges. Identify upsell opportunities to expand the scope of services for existing clients. Stay updated on industry trends, including social media platforms, tools, and strategies, to provide innovative solutions. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and performance reports to clients. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar client-facing role, preferably in digital marketing or social media marketing . Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including social media management , paid media, and automation. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM tools, project management software, and data analytics platforms. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
