Account Executive

Financial Reporting, Analysis & Record Keeping:

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable balances.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the accounting system
• Provide support during internal and external audits, including preparing necessary documentation and reports.
• Assist in implementing audit recommendations to improve financial controls.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Monitor and record petty cash transactions.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

• Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Transportation and logistics bill verification and payment

Taxation and Compliance:

• Assist in the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably within the manufacturing or distribution industry
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SAP)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Familiarity with project accounting principles
• Ability to analyse complex data and generate insightful reports
